Medical Background:
A native of Colorado, Dr. Baez joined Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine as an Internist, Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena School of Medicine in 1981; and completed his residency at the Internal Medicine at Edgewater Hospital in Chicago in 1985. He entered a private practice in Northside Chicago where he worked for 22 years as a Primary Care Provider. In October 2006, he took a Sabbatical to study for his recirtification in Internal Medicine. Finally, he accepted an appointment wo work with Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine as of June 2007.
