We are continuously accepting patients of all insurances. Medicaid is currently accepted only at the Strasburg location.
In order to become a patient, first call and schedule a “New Patient” appointment for yourself. Then either simply walk in and fill out the required paperwork, or to save yourself time, simply download it below, fill it out, and bring it in.
